- We do not accept AI-generated music in the application. By submitting this material, I certify that it is produced by the names above and that it has not been created, in whole or in part, using generative AI.

- You must own all required rights of the submitted songs to be able to enter. Copyright will be controlled.

- All information about submitted songs can be published by the Denniz Pop Awards without giving further notice.

- By submitting your songs you are granting the Denniz Pop Awards all rights to use the songs or parts of the songs, as well as the rights to present it during the awards and for promotional purposes.

- The Denniz Pop Awards are not responsible for legal disputes that occur when songs are submitted illegally, their usage or promotion. Nor can they be held responsible to clarify the issues with the person that submitted the song.

Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
By submitting this application, you consent to the processing of the personal data included in the application in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This applies both to your own personal data and – if you act as a representative – to data about the individual(s) the application concerns.
The data will be used solely for the purpose of managing the application process and providing information about Denniz Pop Awards.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained consent from the individual(s) whose data you submit.
The data will be stored only as long as necessary for these purposes, and no longer than 24 months, unless deletion is requested earlier.
No data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
The data subject has the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data, and to withdraw their consent at any time.
