“We play like kids for a living. That’s pretty amazing. And the people we’re so fortunate to play with are even more amazing.”
Born and raised in the deep woods of Värmland, Mattias Larsson and Robin Fredriksson met during high school and played in various band constellations together. They quickly realized they shared the same passion for pop music, as well as for production and songwriting. In 2011 they decided to move to Stockholm to pursue their dream, and they’ve been living it ever since.
Any advice for others who aspire to do what you do?
– Work hard on whatever moves you and be patient. One of our biggest songs has a riff that took us 10 years to know what to do with. As Justin Tranter always says: ‘Live your truth’
