This award recognizes the most promising new songwriter or producer of the year. Serving as an industry stamp of approval, the Rookie Award provides talented emerging creators with crucial recognition, opening doors and accelerating their careers.
After the finalists are selected, the public is invited to vote and assist the jury in making the final decision.
The three finalists are invited to the awards ceremony, where the winner will be announced. The winner receives a Denniz Pop Awards sculpture and a cash prize of 100,000 SEK.
