This award honors the most promising new artist or band of the year.
Spotlighting undiscovered musical talent, the award positions emerging artists directly at the heart of the industry, paving their way toward becoming the world’s next international star. After the finalists have been selected, the public is invited to vote and assist the jury in making the final decision.
The three finalists are invited to the awards ceremony, where the winner will be announced. The winner receives a Denniz Pop Awards sculpture and a cash prize of 100,000 SEK.
